Society tells us that Christianity is restrictive; it focuses on what NOT to do.
Society tells us that freedom is doing whatever you want.
God tells us that true freedom is in Christ.
Reality tells us that actions have consequences, and the world’s “freedoms” like drugs, alcohol, promiscuity, abortion, etc. often end in bondage to addiction or the criminal justice system.
Biblical Christianity provides freedom from addiction. It provides freedom from unwanted pregnancies. It provides freedom from depression and internal darkness.
As usual, the wisdom of God pours out of His book. Wisdom is crying out. Who will go get her?
